1. Introduction

MoodSolo ("the App") is a private mood journal. Your privacy is the foundation of this application. This policy explains what data we handle and how we protect it.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not create user accounts
We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any personal identifiers
We do not track your location
We do not have access to your mood entries, notes, or tags
We do not run analytics (Firebase, Google Analytics, etc.)
We do not show advertisements

3. Where Your Data Lives

All mood entries, tags, notes, preferences, and settings are stored entirely on your device. There is no cloud sync, no server upload, and no remote storage. Deleting the App permanently removes all your data.

4. Data Export & Deletion

Export your mood data as CSV or HTML Report via Settings → Export CSV / Export HTML Report. Delete all data via the App settings, or by uninstalling.

5. App Lock & Security

The App supports biometric lock and a PIN code — processed entirely on-device. Your PIN is stored as a bcrypt hash inside an AES-256 encrypted database backed by Android Keystore.

6. Children’s Privacy

MoodSolo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

7. GDPR Compliance (EU)

All data is local; no personal data is collected. You retain full rights under the GDPR — access, rectify, erase — directly from the App.

8. Changes

Updates to this policy will be linked in the App and available at this URL.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using MoodSolo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use MoodSolo on your devices. The App and all its content, design, and code are owned by the developer.

3. As-Is Basis

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

4. Data Responsibility

You are responsible for backing up your data. Use the CSV or HTML Report export feature regularly. We are not liable for any data loss.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Wir erheben nicht deinen Namen, E-Mail, Telefonnummer oder persönliche Identifikatoren
Wir verfolgen nicht deinen Standort
Wir haben keinen Zugriff auf deine Stimmungseinträge, Notizen oder Tags

3. Speicherort

Alle Daten werden ausschließlich auf deinem Gerät gespeichert. Keine Cloud, kein Server-Upload. Bei Deinstallation werden alle Daten dauerhaft entfernt.

4. Datenexport & Löschung

Exportiere deine Daten als CSV oder HTML-Bericht unter Einstellungen → CSV exportieren / HTML-Bericht exportieren. Löschung über die App-Einstellungen oder Deinstallation.

5. App-Sperre & Sicherheit

Biometrische Sperre und PIN-Code — komplett geräteintern verarbeitet. PIN wird als bcrypt-Hash in einer AES-256-verschlüsselten Datenbank gespeichert, gesichert durch Android Keystore.

6. Datenschutz für Kinder

MoodSolo richtet sich nicht an Kinder unter 13 Jahren.

7. DSGVO-Konformität

Alle Daten lokal; keine personenbezogenen Daten erhoben. Du behältst alle DSGVO-Rechte — Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung — direkt in der App.

8. Änderungen

Aktualisierte Versionen werden in der App verlinkt und unter dieser URL bereitgestellt.

Wir gewähren dir ein persönliches, nicht übertragbares Nutzungsrecht. Die App, ihr Inhalt, Design und Code gehören dem Entwickler.

3. Gewährleistungsausschluss

Die App wird „wie besehen” bereitgestellt, ohne Garantie auf Fehlerfreiheit oder unterbrechungsfreien Betrieb.

4. Datenverantwortung

Du bist für die Sicherung deiner Daten verantwortlich. Nutze regelmäßig den CSV- oder HTML-Export. Wir haften nicht für Datenverluste.

5. Haftungsbeschränkung

Der Entwickler haftet nicht für indirekte, zufällige oder Folgeschäden aus der Nutzung der App.

Exporte tes données en CSV ou Rapport HTML via Paramètres → Exporter CSV / Exporter le rapport HTML. Suppression via les paramètres ou désinstallation.

5. Verrouillage & sécurité

Verrouillage biométrique et code PIN — traités entièrement sur l’appareil. PIN stocké en hash bcrypt dans une base de données chiffrée AES-256 protégée par Android Keystore.

6. Protection des enfants

MoodSolo ne s’adresse pas aux enfants de moins de 13 ans.

7. Conformité RGPD

Toutes les données sont locales ; aucune donnée personnelle collectée. Tu conserves tous les droits RGPD — accès, rectification, effacement — directement dans l’Application.

8. Modifications

Les mises à jour seront liées dans l’Application et disponibles à cette URL.
